Hi folks,

So, here's my story. I’ve lived in Los Angeles for 21 years with the first 13 years as a renter and now as a homeowner and small time landlord. I love this city and it breaks my heart to see so many people hurt by the housing crisis, and to see people thinking about moving away or not coming to LA at all because of housing issues.

Let's make Los Angeles housing accessible for real people and by real people. Let's work on this housing issue from the ground up. Let's find a way to support mom and pop operations and small time landlords. Let's push back at the big corporations taking over and make Los Angeles housing good for real people.
